RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Bristol Shopping Quarter radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 23rd July 2018 to 4th August 2018 on Heart Bristol, Bath & Somerset (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. Heart and Global are the promoters of this competition.
4. Heart and Global will have access to all text data and will only use it to contact the winners. This information will then be destroyed.
5. There will be 35 combination code winners which will be from multiple points of entry. These will be from on-air competitions on Heart Bristol, Bath and Somerset an online competition on www.heart.co.uk and from text entries on the box.

ENTERING ONLINE
7. To enter this Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 16:00 on 23rd July 2018 and close at 15:00 on Thursday 2nd August 2018.
8. Entrants must answer a question for the chance to win.
9. One winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries. The competition will close on Thursday 2nd August 2018 and the winner will be contacted on Friday 3rd August 2018.
ENTERING ON AIR
10. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0345 481 0088 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
11. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

13. Listeners will have to listen for the ‘unlock’ sound on air which the presenters will warn them about. When this is heard, listeners will have to call in. Two callers will be chosen at random, per competition round, and will be brought to air. Both callers will win a combination code. There will be two winners per competition round. There will be 24 on air winners in total.
TEXTING IN
14. Entrants must send a text message with the word “UNLOCK” to 81156 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open at 00:00 on Monday 30th July 2018 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 2nd August 2018.
15. Any texts before or after the closing date will be charged at their standard network rate but will not be entered into the competition.
16. 10 winners will be chosen at random out of all the texts. The competition will close on Thursday 2nd August 2018 and the winners will be called on Friday 3rd August 2018.
17. As the event is very close to the end date of the competition, the winner will be called 3 times within an hour. If the chosen winner does not answer the phone, that winner will be exempt from the competition and we will move on to choose another entrant at random.
General Points:
18. All winners from on air competitions and the online competition will need to be available on Saturday 4th August 2018. All winners will have to attend to claim their combination code and have a chance to open the box which is placed in Bristol Shopping Quarter. If the winner is not available on this date, they will be exempt from the competition.
19. Details of the exact location of the event will be given to the winner prior to the event.
20. Winners of the combination codes will receive a call to confirm all of their details.
21. The overall winner will be the person who opens the box in Bristol Shopping Quarter. This prize value will be £5,000.
22. Registration for the event will be on 4th August 2018 from 10am until 12pm. You will need to sign the terms and conditions and bring a form of identification to prove who you are and to prove your age.
23. Winners will need to return to the event between 1pm – 1.30pm and be ready for the event to start at 2pm.
24. If any of the winners are late to any of the above, they may not be allowed to receive a combination code.
Eligibility:
25. Entrants must be 18 or over on the day of the event, Saturday 4th August 2018. All attendees will be asked for their identification (a valid UK driving license or a valid passport). If they do not bring ID then they will not be able to take part and will lose their combination code.
26. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; per competition entry method. Duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
27. Each winner will get a combination code which will enable them to take part in the final event at Bristol Shopping Quarter. The code will be given to the winner at the event on Saturday 4th August 2018. One person will have a winning combination code.
28. The person with the winning combination code will win £5,000 worth of prizes which can be seen in Bristol Shopping Quarter from 30th July 2018 – 4th August 2018.
