Police have charged a 41-year-old man with attempted murder after a man suffered stab wounds during an incident in Weston-super-Mare.
A 29-year-old man remains in hospital in a stable condition following the incident at a property in Alfred Street on Sunday.
Robert Weatherman, aged 41 and from Weston-super-Mare, has been charged with attempted murder and has been remanded in custody to appear before North Somerset Magistrates' Court this morning.
An 18-year-old man has also been charged with attempted murder.
A 17-year-old girl who had been arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting an offender has been released with no further action taken.
